Making a newsletter ensures you have a rapid and efficient way of communicating with people you want to reach.

To keep your visitors up to date quickly with your latest club news, business developments or site additions, a newsletter is the ideal means of getting your message out.

The newsletter add-on is an easy way to set up and personalize a newsletter quickly, import contacts or manage a mailing list or subscribers who've signed up for your newsletter through your website.

Manage and add subscribers

Before you send your first newsletter, you'll need a mailing list of subscribers who share your interest. Your site visitors can sign up to receive the newsletter directly from your website as soon as you've enabled the newsletter add-on from the Add-ons menu.

Once your newsletters are enabled, you can manage your mailing list, or import address lists directly (requires a VersionPLUS subscription). Your visitors can subscribe easily, via a subscription box right on your website. There's also a link in every newsletter for easy cancellation of an existing subscription.

If you've chosen to create a free website, you can send two newsletters every month, and quickly add content via the newsletter editor. Newsletters are ideal for keeping visitors up to date with your lastest blog posts, last pages created on your website, newest images in your online photo album or your latest agenda entries.

Version PLUS subscribers can send up to two newsletters daily, choose which content will automatically be added to each newsletter, personalize the e-mail layout and add an introductory text to each newsletter sent.
